Legacy Facilitator Training

Legacy work is a sacred practice—an invitation to guide others in writing blessings, letters, and stories that carry their deepest values forward. This training, led by Life Legacies founder Rachael Freed alongside master facilitators Judith Breier, Sue Schuerman, and Michael Ziomko, offers both the heart and the skill of this work.

Across four live online sessions, you will:

  • Learn the principles, practices, and history of legacy writing.

  • Immerse in experiential writing, sharing, and the sacred circle of community.

  • Engage in weekly readings, reflections, and practices to root the learning deeply.

The curriculum explores the Six Needs, the Four Components of a Legacy Letter, and the transformative power of weaving values from lived experience. Together, we’ll also hold tender space for themes of aging, death, and dying.

Materials we will be using:

  • Women’s Lives, Women’s Legacies and

  • Your Legacy Matters, both by Rachael Freed.
