Rewilding the Story of Aging & Meeting the Elder Within
In Part 1 of Images of Aging, we’ll explore the conscious and unconscious beliefs that shape our perceptions of aging and begin the process of questioning the stories we've inherited about growing older.

In Part 2, we continue that journey by rewilding our understanding of aging and creating new narratives that honor the wisdom, freedom, creativity, and purpose available to us in this stage of life.

Through guided reflection, journaling, conversation, and experiential practices, we will explore the stories we are ready to release and the ones we wish to embrace as we move into elderhood. Together, we will imagine new possibilities for aging—ones rooted in authenticity, connection, meaning, and belonging.
A highlight of our time together will be a guided journey to meet the Inner Elder—the wise and compassionate guide who lives within each of us. Through this powerful practice, we will listen for the wisdom, encouragement, and vision she offers for the path ahead.
This workshop is an invitation to step beyond limiting cultural narratives and into a deeper relationship with the elder you are becoming.
Join Judith Breier and Shell Hines as we gather in community to reimagine aging as a sacred, meaningful, and life-giving journey.
