What if the stories we have inherited about aging are not the only stories available to us? In this experiential workshop, Judith Breier and Shell Hines invite participants to explore the cultural narratives that shape how we see ourselves as we grow older—and to discover a different source of guidance: the Elder Within.

Through reflection, dialogue, journaling, and a guided drum journey, participants will release limiting beliefs, listen for their own deeper wisdom, and encounter the creativity and possibilities that are still calling them forward. Together, we will begin to imagine elderhood not as a closing chapter, but as a powerful threshold into greater authenticity, purpose, wisdom, and continued becoming.
